Barbecue places in airports can be pretty iffy. They generally cook the meat off-site and transport it in. (That probably requires a donation to TSA.) I was really impressed to see these cartloads of hickory logs being carted to Jim and Nick’s. Hats off to the airport authority. One of the gift shop/magazine stands sells Ollie’s barbecue sauce and other delicacies (Dreamland sauce, Pete’s Famous hot dog sauce, etc.) They also have a Chik-fil-a. All in all, a great airport. Hats off to the airport authority.
